STATUTORY RIGHTS
None of your statutory rights are affected by our Terms and Conditions.
BUYING TRAINING
Most in person training sessions and online in person sessions should be prepaid and I will email you an invoice with payment information.
An in person or in person online booking will only be classed as confirmed once payment has been received.
If you need to reschedule please give 48 hours notice if possible.
On demand training sessions which are accepted at https://classroom.jtid.co.uk will be acknowledged by an email to you information on how to access the course. Jon Tromans reserves the right not to accept your order. In such instances we will return any funds we might have accepted but will have no further liability to you.
PAYMENT
In person or online in person sessions can be paid via bank transfer or online via debit/credit card. I use Stripe or Paypal to securely process all credit and debit card transactions.
On demand training sessions found at https://classroom.jtid.co.uk can only be paid via credit/debit card and payments are processed using Stripe.
When you order an on demand session you will notice that my website automatically links to the payment provider at the relevant point and then automatically returns to mine when the transaction is completed. Stripe accept all major credit and debit cards. Jon Tromans will not directly take credit or debit card details from customers.
PRICES
All prices are in pounds sterling and unless otherwise stated and include all taxes.
CANCELLATION
If an in person or online in person session is cancelled within 48 hours then any costs incurred (including travel, room hire & hotel costs) will be deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the payment will be refunded.
On demand online courses found at https://classroom.jtid.co.uk comes with a 14 day refund windows which complies with UK distance selling laws.
ERRORS
Jon Tromans exercises diligence in the maintenance of the jtid.co.uk website but accepts no liability arising from errors made in good faith (including typographical errors) or omissions from this website
