Customers
This module offers an easy way to add a new customer to the system. It also provides you with a Customer Profile page where you can see all contact details, the vehicle(s) owned by the customer and any invoices issued to them.
Vehicles
This module enables you to add vehicles to the system and assign them to a customer. More than one vehicle can be added to a customer, this is ideal if you manage fleets for companies. You can include mileage, MOT date and notes for each vehicle. There is also a tick box to activate a 30 day MOT reminder for each vehicle. You need the customers email address for this to work and I also need your email login details so the reminders can come directly from you.
Bookings
This gives you an easy way to run your workshop diary. You can add bookings and assign them to customers and vehicles and enter a list of work that needs to be done. You can also see a list of today’s jobs from the front page.
Invoices
Create and print invoices in a professional style for your customers. Add multiple products, change prices of products and use multiple VAT/Tax rates.
Products
Enter the products and items you sell and assign a price and tax rate.These products are used to create invoices quickly and efficiently.
Customisation
I offer customisation and support packages and can help you implement this into your garage or workshop. This app can also be customised to work in many other industries.
This application is based on the CRM system that I have installed for many customers over the last few years. The cost to buy the application and have basic logo/invoice customisation is just £99 set up and £99 for 12 months hosting.
The hosting also includes daily off-site backups and email support.
The total initial price is £198 and then £99 per year afterwards.
